Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Go Even application (the "App") and website operated by Go Even ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. The Service

Go Even provides a platform for users to track shared expenses, split bills, and manage interpersonal debts. Go Even is not a payment processor, bank, or financial institution. We do not hold, transfer, or process real money. The App is strictly a mathematical ledger designed for record-keeping.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the OTPs sent to your email.
• You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Content

Our App allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, images, or receipts ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the App, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the App, you grant us the right and license to use, store, and display that Content to provide the Service. You agree not to upload any illegal, offensive, or copyrighted material.

4. App Usage and Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the App.
• Use any robot, spider, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission.
• Attempt to bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the App.

5. Termination and Account Deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time via the Settings menu in the App. However, to preserve the accuracy of shared ledgers for other users, you may be required to settle all recorded debts before account deletion is permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Go Even, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the App.
• Any disputes over actual financial settlements between you and other users.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the financial calculations will always be 100% error-free, and you should independently verify any substantial debts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
